Refund policy

All products listed on our website are for wholesale only! To be eligible for a return/exchange (depending on the brands return policy), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and unused.

PLEASE REFER TO THE RETURN/REFUND POLICY WITH THE BRAND YOU PURCHASED FROM AND EMAIL THAT BRANDS RETURN EMAIL. THE ABUNDANCE BOX ONLY REPRESENTS THE BRANDS ,AND DOES NOT FULFILL THE ACTUAL ORDERS, SO ALL RETURNS/REFUNDS MUST GO THRU THE ACTUAL BRAND. THE ABUNDANCE BOX IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS.

The Abundance Box "Exclusives" are sold exclusively thru The Abundance Box and may be returned for exchange only due to defect for another product from the "Exclusives" collection. All exchanges must be done within a 2 week period of time from the shipment date. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as wellness products, skin care, body care, and edible goods. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return or exchange if applicable, please refer to the brand website under returns. 

MEXICAN BLANKETS ARE AN EXCLUSIVE ITEM VIA THE ABUNDANCE BOX AND THERE ARE NO RETURNS ACCEPTED!

The Mexican blankets are handpicked and shipped to your door from
a distributor based out of Mexico. All blankets differ from each other
as that is the beauty with a handmade item, so no item is exactly
the same. Some colors may differ from the picture listed as no blanket
is ever exactly the same. Shipping & handling is based on total weight of order and will be added to your order total once it is packed. The Abundance Box is not responsible to pay shipping.

All items to be considered for a return must be in its original condition, un-damaged, un-used or worn.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected by the brand, they will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and decide which course of action to proceed further.

If you are not receiving the proper assistance from the brand you purchased from please email us abundancechief@theabundancebox.org. Please include brand name, order date, and order number with a clear description of your issue.

Sale items are final sales.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
